Information gathered

Connection details: your IP address, a coarse location worked out from it (roughly town or state), the browser's user-agent line, device category, plus a list of offrifyplu pages requested.
Messages: the name, return address and wording of any email you choose to send offrifyplu. The form on our contact page just prepares an email in your own program; nothing reaches us until you press send there.
Your storage decision: kept in this browser so the cookie bar doesn't return.

Purposes

People covered by the GDPR may demand to see what offrifyplu keeps about them, get mistakes fixed, have records wiped, freeze certain uses, or take a machine-readable export elsewhere. Objecting to legitimate-interest processing is also open to you, as is cancelling a consent at any moment. A national data protection regulator will hear complaints.

CCPA/CPRA rights (California)

offrifyplu is written for adults and isn't aimed at anyone younger than 18. We don't knowingly gather children's information. Should a minor have emailed us, tell us and the message gets erased.
